Brand Connector & Content Associate.
Facilitate meetings, calls, or shoot opportunities.
Volpe Media Co. is looking to bring on a Brand Connector & Content Associate. This is not a hard sales role. Your main responsibility would be starting conversations with local businesses and helping facilitate meetings, calls, or shoot opportunities so I can step in and handle pricing, contracts, and closing.
The focus is simply getting Volpe Media in front of decision-makers and building initial rapport — letting the work and results do the rest.
This role is also hands-on and creative. You’d be involved in shoots when needed, helping with on-site rapport, behind-the-scenes content, modeling when appropriate, and assisting with social media posting or account support. You’d be representing the brand in real-world settings, so professionalism and communication are important.
Role expectations:
Start conversations with local businesses (DM, email, in-person)
Clearly explain what Volpe Media does at a high level
Facilitate meetings or shoot opportunities (not responsible for pricing or closing)
Attend shoots when needed to assist with content, BTS, or modeling
Support social media posting or account management when assigned
Communicate clearly and show up on time
Pay structure:
Hourly: $18–$25/hr for shoots, BTS, social media posting/management, and content support
Commission (facilitation-based):
Social media + photo + video (ongoing): 30–40% of the first payment
Social media only, photo only, or photo + video (ongoing): 20–25% of the first payment
One-time photo or video projects: 15% of the project total
Commission is paid once the client signs and the first payment is received. Commission applies only to clients you personally introduce that result in a paid project. Hourly pay and commission are tracked separately, and it’s possible to earn both from the same client.
This role is meant to be collaborative and flexible, with room to grow into more consistent hourly work or deeper involvement as Volpe Media scales.
