    • 2 personal training sessions per week (in-person or virtual).

    • Weekly meal prep guidance with 1 tailored recipe.

    • Monthly progress check-ins (virtual or in-person).

    • Access to a monthly live Q&A meeting for fitness and nutrition advice.

  • Duration: 3 months minimum.

  • Monthly Cost: $500

  • Pay-in-Full Discount (3 Months): $1,425 (save $75).

Tier 2: Growth

For clients ready to see progress and improve their routines.

    • 3 personal training sessions per week (in-person or virtual).

    • Weekly customized meal prep plans.

    • Grocery shopping options:

      • Personalized Grocery List: Curated for the client’s goals.

      • Optional Grocery Service: Client can choose to shop with you or have you shop for them.

    • Bi-weekly progress check-ins and photoshoots to track results.

    • Private chat for ongoing fitness and nutrition support.

  • Duration: 3 months minimum.

  • Monthly Cost: $900
